TimE (3134) - Tokyo, JAPAN - AUG 3, 2014
Very thick hazy blonde color. Virtually no head at all. The nose is mildly sour with note of oak and marmalade in the nose. The mouth is mildly sour with lots of french oak and funkiness. Very interesting though could have been done better. As this beer warms, it takes like you are licking raw oak, which takes the rating down a bit.

After talking to the brewer this is clearly a sour and not a saison. The color is deep golden yellow with little head. You can smell the acidity immediately followed by notes of apple and citrus. Finish is very tart and long. This is an incredible sour beer

Bottle sample at a tasting at our place. Thanks Dagan. Hazy piss colour. Sweet and sour aroma, a little floral and cat piss. Cheese water, a little stinky. Very sour and acidic taste. smooth texture and stinky finish, medium-bodied.

erickok (3499) - Tours (and Paris), FRANCE - SEP 21, 2013
Glowing misty body, small head. Sweet fruity sourness, white sugar, light bready. Sourness with a fruity kick. Vinegar and apple like ending. Rounded off body, perhaps residual sweetness. Green apple cider, almost, interesting and very tasty. Bit to sugary maybe. (33cl bottle from La Houblonière Toulouse)

jaghana (3818) - Strasbourg (France), FRANCE - JUL 11, 2013
Bottle 33cl, a cloudy copper beer, got light gushing. Nose is sourish like with green lemon notes. Aroma is tart with moinst notes, similar profile as lambic. Quite dry, lactic sourness, peppery hops, long fruit sour aftertaste. Not a bad try.

thornecb (4362) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - APR 17, 2013
Pours cloudy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Sour apricot aromas. Sharp with sour cherry and apricot upfront turning to lasting pit fruit and balsamic. I hope this is supposed to taste like this - it tastes more like a sour than a saison...

   AROMA 6/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 7/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 14/20
brontebeach (156) - Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 5, 2013
Pours a hazy golden with a white head. On the nose a little on the cider side. Slight carbonation exists throughout. A nice tart, spicy experience in the mouth, balanced, nice follow through but a little residual of vinegar. Nice for a lazy summer afternoon in the fields.

   AROMA 6/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 15/20
Swaroga (1314) - Brussels, BELGIUM - FEB 17, 2013
75cl bottle. Hazy orange colour with huge, white head. Careful while opening because this beer is very lively. Nose : tart aromas, peel from orange and mandarine, spices. Sip : Creamy with low density body and good carbonation. Sweet tart with fruits flavour. Sour and spicy until the end. Very drinkable and fresh despite some aromas of vinaigrette that reveals on the end.
