First whiff is of rising sourdough. Pours a cloudy yellow - it’s bottle conditioned. Grainy, a little DMS, cloudy yellow. No real hop bitterness. Some sourness on the palate, rather cidery. Inexpertly brewed, but the fact that someone started a micro here of all places is interesting. This beer strikes me like a first homebrew (flawed pale ale); the other beer I saw from this brewery is a coffee-cacao stout (a second homebrew if I ever heard of one); with any luck they’ll discover hops next. I’ll keep an eye on them.

0.75l Bouteille from Terres de Bières Paris. Hazy straw golden colour, mid-sized foamy white head. Sour aroma, yeast and lemon. Light- to medium-bodied, malty with yeast and sour flavours, brett, quite funky, citrus fruit. Not Top sour, very well balanced. A real delight.

6/07/2011 75cl bottle @ home - BB: 05/2012 (2011-315) Thanks to my mom for the bottle!

Little cloudy deep yellow beer, white creamy head, unstable and bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, grapefruit, citrus, touch of band-aid. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, lots of citrus, peaches, pineapple, bit sweet but mostly sour, a good sour now (the Clandestine was undrinkable). Aftertaste: still fruity, lots of citrus.

Bottle at home with Lyoli. Pours cloudy gold with a white head. Aroma holds sharp, tart citrus. Flavor is piercingly sour, some citrus, some grass. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Tart, sour finish with light sweetness and some grassy bitterness. It is hard to tell if the sourness is intentional or if the beer has just gone bad.

Bottle from La Cave A Bulles. Cloudy amber beer, suddy white head. Sharply sour beer. Crisp semi dry palate. Somewhat different in it’s sourness. This is apple sour with just a little lemon - not at all lambic like. Refreshing.

Bottle. Yellow/orange pour, off-white head. Fruit, yeast, lightly bready malt, and some tart sourness. In my experience this does not fit a saison style.

Foggy yellow body with plenty of carbonation, lots of head. Aroma of yeast and hops, fruity notes. Taste is a smooth and murky mess of lemon water and not much else; this is a poor one, very weak, a disappointment after their other blonde.

Pours a hazy yellowish/gold color. Aromas of tart fruit, bread, hint of citrus, and yeasty. Flavor is sour/citrus. Leaves a yeasty guezue aftertaste.

33 cl bottle, shared with Hanspanzer and Sølve. Thanks, Sølve. Unclear orange color, nice off-white head. Aroma is fruity with sourness and wood. Flavor is surprisingly sour, with fine fruit and malty sweetness. More a lambic or sour ale than saison.

My dear father is a gueuze lover. He always lived in Brussels ans he is proud of that type of beer. I made him discover this french ale wich is a clever variation around gueuze. He was very scpetical before tasting. Now everytime I have to come back from France to Belgian he asks me some caps. If you like acidic and sour experience try this one. The tase is unusual and amazing. Citrus, flowers aroma and great vinious finish.

From a small brewery who brings amazing products comes an acidic, fruity sour beer. Very refreshing and explosive.
