Bottled. A hazy very light yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemon, wheat, and coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, coriander, and wheat, leading to a dry, lemony, and bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle. Poured half an ounce into my glass and it transformed into enough foam to overlflow the glass. Even a third empty foam continued to rise from the bottle. Very pale yellow underneath the mammoth head. Light Sauson aroma. Flavour is at first like a baby Hobloun. A little thin and airy. Big lemon pepper bit in the middle and at the finish and relatively clean aftertaste.

Bottle. This beer reminds me of elder juice in every aspect. It looks like it, smells like it and has that special natural tartness of it. It also got some citrus sourness. Nice in many different aspects but it’s a little too straight forward and lacks in complexity.

Huge fluffy head, just lemon-yellow tinted, irregular, over fully hazy (unripe) lemon yellow beer, and a good collection of UFO’s. Wheat, farmyard odours, vineleaves, bit of citrus. Citrus, lemon, herbal, garden herbs, little smoked touch, little point of acidity. In the finish, traces of ginger and lavender. Spritzy, thirst-quenching, vivifiant , light, inciting to drink (a lot) more. This is, eyes closed, the best REAL Saison I’ve tasted in years. This is short of sensational, and that from France!
