Orangely tinted yellow beer with a small white head. Adjunct-laden malts nose, with, strangely, a faint and brief aroma of a coffee grinder. Some grass, parsley and margarine. Very unobtrusive, neutral pale and whisky malts taste. Ends in a bit of sticky sweetness, too thin to be called cloying. Unbelievably watery texture, empty except for the slight stickyness. Yep. Beer for the Soviet army - in the Ukraine!

Papsoe (25085) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 17, 2006
(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a small, white head. Unclean, malty aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of brewing cereal. A dry finish. 150906

joergen (21091) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 17, 2006
Bottle. Clear yellow coloured with a white ehad. Aroma of malts and caramel. Flavour of malts, fruits, cardboard and hops.

larsga (6255) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 15, 2006
Small white head; pale yellow body with ongoing carbonation. Very faint aroma, too faint for any details to be made out. Taste is sweetish with a citric character and faint spice. Rounded and harmonic. Not much taste, but refreshing and free of any off tastes. (0.5l bottle.)

rickgordon (3844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 16, 2006
[Bottled] Pale golden colour. Sourish aroma and flavour, even more sourish AND sweeter than the "Kombat", with no sign of malt character. Light bodied without bitterness, without character.

   AROMA 4/10   APPEARANCE 1/5   TASTE 3/10   PALATE 1/5   OVERALL 4/20
Dorqui (2110) - Brescia, ITALY - JAN 2, 2006
UPDATED: SEP 16, 2007 Bottled 0,50L. Extremely vanishing and inconsistent head. Limpid yellow color, absolutely motionless and deprives of fizz. Watery and lean malty and straw scent. Light bitterish notes. Light prickly taste with a bitter and inconsistent end. Light alcohol. Medium final.
Thanks to Nello for this beer.

Pale yellow, thin head. No hops neither in the nose nor in the palate. Unpleasant impression of a maltliquor/water mix. Serve cold.
