3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured a nice hazy orange from a bomber into a pint glass. Aroma was pine with some sweetness and a bit of citrus. Taste was better, with a great balance and more hop character than you’d expect with its 58 IBUs. A touch more carbonation than I would like, but that’s a minor quibble. This had just the right balance of flavor and easy-drinking quality for a hot summer day.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap (nitro) at Gourmet Haus Staudt in Redwood City, CA. Very creamy, potent mix of floral, vanilla, with some hops hiding in there. At first the strong floral / vanilla aroma was great, but it began to tire about halfway through. Certainly not boring but a little over-the-top in nitro form during the summer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Copper colored with light beige head. Nice floral & citrus hops with sweet grains peeking out from behind the hops. Sweet grainy/cereal malts with a floral, fading to a bitter hop follow. Well made and good for sure, but not quite good enough to stand out from the crowded field of excellent ales out there.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
22. Pours a very hazy medium amber with a thick bright white head. Sweet floral nose. Creamy medium body with modest carb. Sweet floral mid palate, not much contrast to balance the sweetness. Finish is...well, you can guess.

4.3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This on my tongue is a hoppy malted IPA. It works but I am not in a rush to have another. Not as good as Stone’s IPA’s, though the alcohol content is there it’ll get you drunk.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber bottle; poured a nice orange amber with a persistent, frothy almost khaki head. Aroma brings me back to the NW. Citrus, earthy, herbal. Some spice, a good earthy quality, hint of citrus and fruit. Good caramel/bread backbone that balances things out. Quite a good brew

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at town hall. Nitro made it creammy but also took out hop flavour. Just ok.

3.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On nitro, poured into a shaker. The aroma is mild with the brightest tones being citrus and more subtle notes of grain and baked bread. It pours a murky, rusty orange topped with a dense, whipped white head that has great retention and lace. The taste is a balanced medium bitter and sweet (although perhaps a touch more sweetness is noted). The beer is silky smooth with a creamy carbonation. The medium body is flavored with dry citrus and a mild lactose sugar with secondary notes of mellow toffee and bread. It finishes with a light, zesty clean citrus and the aftertaste is very mild and lightly astringent with subtle bread notes and it lightly lingers.
