COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian IRA will seduce your taste buds with a fruit-forward kiss of Bravo, Galaxy, Strisselspalt and Mosaic hops. Then, thirst lures your soul with an attractive balance of six different malts. We ferment it warm with a Belgian strain of yeast that engages the fruitiness of the hops in a tempting dance of sweet and spice.

Shoot, what kind of beer is this? Hazy amber and the head lasts forever. Leafy green aroma. Danky mosaic hops. Danky mosaic flavor and some.foodinezs. effervescent palate.

Tap at Deschutes in Bend. Pours a clear deeper red with webby lacing. Nose is super oxidized, mega stale apple juice. Taste is papery, sticky, old apple. Cloying, just bad. Oxidized, tannic, harsh. Drain.

Draught at Deschutes Brewery & Public House in Bend. Light fruit, berries, esters. Brilliant glowing red color. Fruit mix dominates initial / great bittering folds in smoothly / finish is balanced and slightly phenolic and a bit unrefined. Medium body, tingling palate. Complex, sweet, interesting, and so tasty.
