A well balanced Maibock, golden in color with a heavy malty flavor. A traditional spring opener.

Tap @ their PDX pub... Poured amberish with a white head. Sugary sweet and floral aroma. Light and crisp with a dry finish. Contained a nice cracker/biscuit grain flavor with dark sugars. A little bit of hops mainly to balance the sweetness not so much to bitter the beer.
