Commercial Description:
Cascade Ale is crisp and refreshing. Generous herbal hop character and just a hint of caramel malt create a perfect balance.

Pours a cloudy yellowish golden orange with a small creamy head. Smells a little sweet, spicy, and hoppy. Tastes just like it smells with a hint of bitterness at the finish.

Pours a mildly hazed gold with a creamy head atop. Smells a little sweet, slightly floral, a tiny bit of spice. Taste as it smells along with a touch of honey. Very smooth and light in the mouth. This an amazing thirst quencher. Doesnt have any blow you away flavor but thats not its purpose.

Poured a medium golden clear body with a small white head. Sessionable and quaffable like its relative Mirror Pond Pale Ale. Missing some of the hop character of MP. Slightly bready and roasty finish.

12oz bottle: nice amber in color has a small head that doesnt last very long, aroma doesnt have a whole lot there but the smell of malt sticks out the most, flavor is pretty bland not a whole lot going for this brew. this is a beer i feel like everyone could drink but not one person would say its anything better then decent. ale taste well balanced with hops just not a whole lot of flavor to it.

golden amber light opaqueness. small creamy head quick to disapate. fairly well balanced hop/malt action. nothing earth shatering, but a good ale to hammer down in mountain cold weather.

12 oz. bottle. Floral hop aroma with underlying light citrus. Slightly hazy gold tinged amber color with a white head that filmed. Thin to medium in body with light carbonation. The flavor seems to be floral and citrus against pale malt. The finish is a little roast malt more than supported by some light bitter. Very refreshing, and very balanced.

Pours a golden light amber with white head. Pretty standard hop and malt aroma. Citrus, malt, grain, herbal notes.. pretty standard golden, but well balanced.
