COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Nice easy beer. Light in color. Not as hoppy as I expected. Bright white head. Sessionable. Slight Belgian yeast funk taste. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap, Yard House, Town Square, Las Vegas, 30/10/13. Pale translucent yellow with a narrow, dense-lacing cap. Brilliant flavour mingling a big dollop of Belgian-like peppery sherbet lemon character with punchy grapefruit hop; wine gum, blackcurrant. Aroma lychee, blackcurrant and cats. Light and floral with hoppy intent like a Transatlantic EGA/spiced Belgian mash up. Nimble body. Beer of the trip thus far?

Bottle from 16 Tons Taphouse, Eugene. Pours a clear yellowish orange, little to no head. Aroma slight crisp pine, lemon. Body quite lively, maybe a bit full. Finish full, smooth, with just a hint of resinous bitterness, short-lived at this. Fine, not amazing.

On tap at Southpaw in SD. Pours a hazy golden with small white head. Bretty aroma with hay, spices, honey, light pine. Flavor follows as a combination of wit, tripel, and IPA. Light spice and bretted wit flavor, some yeasty honey and clove, and a crisp pine hop finish. Light bodied, high carbonation, really crisp. This turned out nicely for a style that to me is mostly meh. Not bad.

I think they are doing themselves a disservice throwing the IPA moniker in there because it does not come across as an IPA, more of an "American Wit" if there were such a name. Its very appetizing looking, light in color and refreshing looking, with nice, filmy head that leaves some lacing. The nose and flavors are light citrus, the yeast adds a nice breadiness and the coriander and orange peel come through with the traditional with character, The increased hopping level makes it stand out as american but is not going to satisfy the hop head looking for a big NW IPA. Very good beer.

Tulip. Nose of wheat and malts with a hint of citrus. I didnt notice any hops. Pours a cloudy pale yellow, had zero head and just a tiny amount of lacing. An unusual tasting beer, I wouldnt think this was an IPA had it not be labeled as such.

Poured into a shaker from bottle. Pours a cloudy straw yellow. Best way to describe is a wheat trying to be an ipa. Not bad very light

Bottle at Xarcuteria, Stockholm. A bit hazy yellow with a small head. Aroma and taste of lime, citrus, wheat and light spices. The body was thin. Refreshing and easy to drink. An ok one.

Sample from bottle @sbwf13. Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma of mixed fruits, lemon zest, grass, spice, wheat and fresh malty notes. Taste is fresh, light, well balanced with grass, citrus peel, faint honey and wheat.

Draft at Alla Spina with Pat. Pours a light, somewhat hazy pale yellow body with thin white lacing. Aroma is wheat, light citric hop and yeast. Mouthfeel is light with notes of pale malt, grass, bitter wheat, soap and a floral character.
