COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

ON Tap at Zio Carlos in Ft. Worth. Pours a hazy yellow, darker than I would associate with a wit. Zio Carlo’s had it listed as a Wit but it was pretty clear the aroma was more on the IPA end of things, with big citrus hop aroma. Flavor is lightly spiced, with lemon and yeasty bread. Finishes crisp and typical of a wit.

UPDATED: APR 19, 2014 One if my favorites!!! Lemonade yellow pour, small head, decent lacing. Aroma is very complex:grapefruit, orange, bready wheat, caramel? Mild bitter taste, spices are present (choriander). Goes down smooth, and makes a great beer on a summer day. I just saw a single at HEB Bunker Hill and had to pick it up!

2013-12-10. Lightly hazy dark yellow body, nice white head. Aroma is pleasantly hoppy with musky musty lemon citrus character, very lightly grassy. 7+ Flavour is similarly hoppy, pleasantly bitter with notes of lemon, lemon rind and tropical fruit undercurrents, mild grassy wheaty undertones. Smooth average plus bodied palate has soft carbonation. I suspect that age as diminished the hops somewhat but this is very quaffable and refreshingly hoppy. I seem to have liked it more than some others so perhaps age improved it? Bottle via trade with Ferris cellared several months.

from a 33cl. pours a pale yellow with a white head that did not stay long. Aroma of strong citrus, hops and hints of bananas. Taste of citrus, lemons, bananas, herbs, hops. hints of vanilla. Light bitterness, and creamy finish. Interesting brew, nice flavors and refreshing.

On tap at Craft beer market. Pours a clear golden colour with an average white head. Aroma is wheat, coriander, and citrus. Flavour is mild-med bitterness, citrus, wheat, bit of a creamy mouthfeel and light coriander. Pretty tasty.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours cloudy gold with a white head. Taste citrus, belgian yeast, like a hoppy belgian wit. I thought this was so so. I would skip drinking this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Best by 15JUL12 Pours a diaphanous light yellow ale with a sheet of white foam and spotty lace throughout. Phenols, coriander, citric hops, slightly plastic. Flavor is sweet and wheaty with a good bitterness up front and an interesting citric rind character on the finish with a witbier taste. Full bodied with hi carb and a dry finish. A decent beer, and one of the more approachable Belgo style IPA’s I’ve had. Probably won’t be found buying this one too often however. Serving type: bottle 03-27-2012

Very pale straw and hazy, good white head. Full on floral aroma of passionfruit and grape fruit, banana esters and bubblegum. Crisp and dry, big citrusy grapefruit, fresh passion, with a big bite of resin pine and hops bitterness. A fairly dry and bitter finish, lots of citrus. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
