3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Consumed from bottle. Sharp nose yet not overpowering. Tastes like a regular Wit with a little more depth. Has a citrus like finish. Not bad!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy yellow with a thin, foamy, white head that stays a while. Nose is bright, grapefruity hops. Taste is slightly bitter. Full-bodied tasty brew with vigorous carbonation. Good stuff!

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A high average of a hopped-up wit. Sharp citrus starts sweet and grows more sharp throughout, while spicy coriander, belgian yeast tones, and more herbal hop tones come through. Drinkable, good, but no exceptional. I do like the appearance more than I’d normally note - a bright, yet very cloudy yellow, with plenty of carbonation, give is a true wit look.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice easy beer. Light in color. Not as hoppy as I expected. Bright white head. Sessionable. Slight Belgian yeast funk taste. Nice.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap, Yard House, Town Square, Las Vegas, 30/10/13. Pale translucent yellow with a narrow, dense-lacing cap. Brilliant flavour mingling a big dollop of Belgian-like peppery sherbet lemon character with punchy grapefruit hop; wine gum, blackcurrant. Aroma lychee, blackcurrant and cats. Light and floral with hoppy intent like a Transatlantic EGA/spiced Belgian mash up. Nimble body. Beer of the trip thus far?

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from 16 Tons Taphouse, Eugene. Pours a clear yellowish orange, little to no head. Aroma slight crisp pine, lemon. Body quite lively, maybe a bit full. Finish full, smooth, with just a hint of resinous bitterness, short-lived at this. Fine, not amazing.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Southpaw in SD. Pours a hazy golden with small white head. Bretty aroma with hay, spices, honey, light pine. Flavor follows as a combination of wit, tripel, and IPA. Light spice and bretted wit flavor, some yeasty honey and clove, and a crisp pine hop finish. Light bodied, high carbonation, really crisp. This turned out nicely for a style that to me is mostly meh. Not bad.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
I think they are doing themselves a disservice throwing the IPA moniker in there because it does not come across as an IPA, more of an "American Wit" if there were such a name. It’s very appetizing looking, light in color and refreshing looking, with nice, filmy head that leaves some lacing. The nose and flavors are light citrus, the yeast adds a nice breadiness and the coriander and orange peel come through with the traditional with character, The increased hopping level makes it stand out as american but is not going to satisfy the hop head looking for a big NW IPA. Very good beer.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tulip. Nose of wheat and malts with a hint of citrus. I didn’t notice any hops. Pours a cloudy pale yellow, had zero head and just a tiny amount of lacing. An unusual tasting beer, I wouldn’t think this was an IPA had it not be labeled as such.
