4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
1-2 finger head out of a 12oz. bottle. Hazy pale yellow/gold color. Head fades, but nice lacing and occasional larger bubbles continue.
Very floral scent. Hops are very evident. Smells of pine, grass, spices, citrus, and earthy. Slight malt, like a Saison.
Strong burst of bitterness and coriander at first, then a strong combination of hop and citrus flavors push through. It gets slightly sweet for a bit, but then it seems to move towards a bitter/sour acidic tang. The beer dries out and upon trailing out, the citrusy hop flavors come back. Belgian yeast flavors are very strong throughout. Biscuity and bready.
Surprisingly medium mouthfeel. I assumed it would be on the lighter side by color and style but feels fuller in the mouth.
Really good. Fuller flavor than expected. Belgian yeast, citrus, and spices very apparent.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Looks like a wheat beer. Pale straw colour and cloudy. Bit watery tasting. Not much of a typical IPA taste, but not awful. (K)

From a bottle. Pretty much what it says on the bottle, a witbier with a big hop punch, loved it.

Pours a hazy straw color with white head. A lot less sweet, but kinda feels like you’re drinking a fruity soda.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sample from bottle at promotional display. Pours a pale cloudy straw yellow. Not much of an aroma. Taste is mostly citrus rind and coriander. Similar to Blue Moon. This isn’t really my style of wheat beer. I prefer the German Hefeweizen style over the Belgian Witbier. Probably due to the difference in the spices. To me this is just blah. Not crisp and refreshing. Overall its a no for me.
