COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Yummy but not really my favorite aftertaste. It has a weird (in a good way) bitter banana hoppy flavor, and one of the most impressive foamy white heads! Very pretty beer when poured out. I think its the wheat aftertaste Im not into, actually, so wheat beer drinkers would probably really dig this funky IPA.

Yellow and slightly cloudy with a white fluffy head and ok lace. Aroma is big and spicy, more like a Belgian than an IPA, although the hops are noticeable. Coriander, lemon, citrus, wheat, and a good hop tanginess are all noted in the taste. Body is light but chewy, typical of a wheat beer or witbier. A very nice brew, easy to drink and tasty.

Bottle, 8C. Cloudy pale orange with a white head. Aroma of sweet oranges, cloves, white pepper, some grapefruit. Looks and smells very Wit-like. A little heavier-bodied. Tastes like a Wit too - sweetish and orangey with a wheaty and spicy tang - until more hoppy citrus flavours break though with firm bitterness. Just bung some American hops in there and everything will be OK seems to be the go here. But theres no "melding", just a crunching gear change.

This was unique and I enjoyed it quite a lot. Looks just like a Hoegaarden (maybe a bit darker), and tastes like a hoppy Belgian wit. Never had anything quite like it before.

on Tap and Sixer .. . pours a hazy fresh apple juice .. healthy white head, lacing is better than average .. . yeast and fruit juice .. quite a light beer, good for the nice weather right now.. . . I used to have a fear of hurdles, but I got over it.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2013 Aroma is citrus, wheat and a hint of spices. The flavor is citrus, wheat, mild grapefruit and a mix of IPA bitterness smoothed out by the wheat in the finish. Interesting IPA, looked a lot more like a wheat ale in the glass and definitely had the characteristics of both.

Yeasty citrus aroma. Light clearish gold with minimal white head. There's a little bit of maltiness that is barely noticeable behind the grapefruity hops flavor that makes it nasty.

Central Market bottle. Pours a pale straw color with a thin white head. Pretty big aroma of sweet, grapefruit hops with a little hint of the Belgian yeast. The flavor is a nice blend of IPA and Belgian white. Pleasant overall.
