COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

11/4 Celebrating a ravens victory Pours a light gold. Looks like a wit with a bit thicker head. Settles quickly Nose is wheat with hint of spice. Spiced wit with a touch of citrus hops You can see how this could be good, but taste doesn't quite cut it... Decent spice/carbonation combo in mouthfeel, but still doesn't quite too it. A bit watered down. I would definitely revisit fresh and in warmer months as it could go a long way... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, a bit spicy. Taste starts malty, sweet, then suddenly changes to a floreal, mild grassy bitterness. A good and refreshing brew

Wheat and citrus flavors, yellow appearance, bubbly mouthfeel and light bodied. Pilsner funk aroma. Its a solidly crafted beer, but with so many other, more dynamic options from Deschutes, I doubt Id have on my highlight reel from my visit to the brewery. This is the safe bet that I imagine waiters recommend to light beer drinkers who are overwhelmed by the long list of other taps available.

Pours a pale yellow colour with a small lacy head. Yeast, citrusy hops, and floral aromas. The yeast taste comes across strong, as does the floral and citrus hops. Tastes lighter than it smells though. A very delicate beer. Medium length malty finish.

Belgian ale yeast plus hops and wheat make this light-bodied refreshing IPA. Grapefruit, lemon, orange zest (an overall citrus smorgasbord) are pleasing. Light fluffy head, lasting finish. Look forward to having again! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale, hazy, light, translucent, yellow color. Delicate aromas of citrus, soapy florals, and yeast define the nose. The palate is much the same.. It smells as it tastes and is well balanced in that way. Lighter bodied and refreshing, with little to no bitterness. Pretty, perfumed florals and yeast drive the delicate, lingering finish. Simple, enjoyable and so easy to drink. Would be great on a warm day in the sun. More of a belgium ale, then an IPA for sure. --- tasted while on a long journey to understand the world around me...

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thid white head, over a cloudy amber (SRM 8) body.....nose is pine, heavy citrus, light toffee/caramel.....taste is pine, heavy citrus peel, light malts....mouth feel medium, carbonation high adding major spritz. This is an interesting variation in the evolution of IPAs. It is very hop dominated with the aromas and flavors typical of Cascade and Citra with the malts adding a bit of balance. It is light, refreshing, but the Belgian yeast was hidden. BJCP 7/3/13/4/6
