2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Citrusy (from the Cascade and Citra hops) and sharp zesty (from the Belgian yeast) aroma. Flavor is a big ZING of sour lemon zest. Kind of chokes in the throat. Couldn’t finish it - too sour and harsh on the throat. Something just didn’t go right here.

I had this after our 1st hike in Nevada. Saw some Indian scratchings in the walls, climbed rocks, scraped elbows. Great to have this. Hazy yellow pour with a white head and nice lacing. Nice citrusy aroma with some yeast. Taste is orange and lemon with wheat and yeast. Very refreshing to drink.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
I like the unfiltered look of this pale golden beer. Fairly thin white head, but slightly soapy, so it does provide some minimal lacing. Decent piney, citrus aroma. Strong citrus flavor from the Cascade hops, very little distinctive malt flavor. Nice sweet/bitter finish.

For type of beer it is, surprisingly good. An IPA with other additions to give it that "blue moon" type wheat ale mouthfeel.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a hazy pale golden wheat color with a soapy, white head. Aroma is lemony citrus and notes of Belgian yeast. Light, crisp, wet mouthfeel, with a mild carbonation burn at the finish. Flavor is comprised of Belgian yeast, lemon, and a bit like a pilsner, a little like a white Belgian, and some like a pale ale. Decent, interesting, beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Lovely pineapple yellow appearance, thin head true to its wheat ale origins. Decent lacing and mildly carbonated. Sweet bouquet: notes of orange and pineapple, coupled with a light citrus hop. Delicate spicy taste when it first hits the palate followed by refreshing citrus hoppiness. Clean finish. Unique and enjoyable. As the label implies, this beer would be great after a long day of two wheeling. Props to Lagerboy!
