COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

12oz. btl. Pours hazy yellow and cloudy. Little to no froth and very fizzy. Ok; first, the color is unusual. The aroma is bitter and smells of citrus floral hops. The taste reminds me of a German Hefe and Pils combination. Not really strong; very flavorful and lasting to the palate. I would lable this other than IPA...however; I just drink the beer, I don’t pour in the sweat and hours work to perfect a taste. At any rate; the beer is good!

Very very pale cloudy yellow, with puffy white head. Nose of wit spice with citrus and floral hops. Taste follows and is great. Complex but crisp and drinkable. Light but full of spice, and hop flavors. Not overly bitter at all, finishes more like a wit, which is the key to the beer I think.)

bottle. Light yellow, hazy, white head. Smells spicy, floral, not too heavy. Tastes, spicy, lightly bitter, lagerish. Not well balanced, the tastes just do not go together. A no-go.

Cloudy light yellow with a fleeting white head. Lemon candy aroma, a hint of spice. Complex flavor profile, more lemon and spice, hop flavor and some belgianyness. Light, dry finish. Very much like a white with lots o’ hops. Interesting, refreshing, even tasty, but not totally cohesive.

Nice cloudy yellow pour, big fluffy white head. Aroma is very citrus and tropical fruit laden. Some mango, oranges, pineapple, guava, grapefruit and wheat. Flavor is a really nice mix of the tropical fruit hops, stone fruit, wheat, and great yeasty component. Enjoyable.

Pours a very light straw. Aromas of citrus, bubblegum, yeast. Flavours is wheat, citrus, some spice. A bit of bitterness emerges on the finish. Not as hoppy as I expected, but I think that worked in its favor. Nice, light and refreshing.

Bottle from QFC - Seattle (Ballard)
Cloudy pale blond color. Nice fruity aroma, clean, lemony, maybe there is Citra. Lean mouthfeel; the flavor of malt and wheat is a bit lost in this beer, indeed light flavor, hidden by a more imposing hopping, with nice fruity character: some lemon, tangerine, apricots; balanced bitterness.
Refreshing, good, although not at the same level as a beer with a bit more of crispy and biscuity malt, like my favorite Häffner Citra.

Cloudy white with pillowy head and persistent lacing. Nice belgian white spice nose with floral hops. See a clear line between this and their collab with Boulevard. Nice addition...very sessionable. May become a summer go-to.

Pours a milky yellow with a thick white foam. Aroma of spices, some lemon zest, and hay. Light bitter flavors and yeast. Wheat malt adds to the grainy hay flavors. Clean dry finish.

Bottle poured a cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, coriander, grapefruit, lemon zest, straw and light barnyard funk. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast, coriander, lemon zest and grapefruit with a crisp dry bitter lingering coriander finish.
