COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Great little summer session beer. Pours out a bright an hazy hay yellow color in the body with a finger of white head and fine carbonation. The head dies and leaves literally nothing with a few splotches of lacing. The nose is sweet and wheaty with coriander spice notes and big lemon zesty hops and esters. Light grapefruit hop aromas and spiced yeast. The flavor is similar to a wit with citra hop. Light and fruity tasting with tons of lemony esters and hop flavors. Not overly intense bitterness, but a crisp, clean and refreshing finish.

not much like an ipa, more wheaty than I’d expect...missing the hoppiness!

On tap at Churchkey. Pours a hazy straw-yellow with a good white head and some nice lacing on the way down. The nose carries some light witbier spice alongside nice American hops. Beautiful notes of citrus and tropical fruits come through alongside a nice backbone of wheat. Flavor has a nice body with good wheat presence and a nice Cascade and Citra punch. Extremely drinkable. Light body with good carbonation and a moderate bitterness. Excellent.

Bottle. Pours hazy canary with 3-finger fluffy white head. Nose is very white peppery, floral, and lemongrassy citric,, with a big hop bill. Tastes hoppy, ctric, dry and limey, like a hybrid wit/Belgian pale with a bit less Oomph and palate heft. A refreshing summer brew.

Pours a hazy very pale yellow with a thick white head. Aroma has some dusty spice and skunkiness. Flavor follows suit...reminds me of clown shoes miracle...adds some watery citrus. Mouthfeel is light/medium and the finish is dusty/spicy/leathery.

My first white IPA. Chainbreaker is very pale golden color ale with some haziness. A tall fluffy head sits on top with plenty of lacing. Aroma is akin to a Beligum wit but is balanced out with a citrus hop bouquet that lightens the wit beer aroma. Smells wonderful in all honesty. Taste is like wow, light and refreshing hints of wheat malts, yeasty esters and lemon grass hops. Drinks smooth and tart with a bitter finish. Probably will be a hit in the summer no doubt, which would be prefect for that time of year.
