Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Bottle. Lovely fruity hop aroma. Murky pale yellow body with thin white head. Very refreshing and thirst quenching. Great summer brew.

This beer is a nice hybrid of a Belgian-style white beer and an IPA. It is lighter and refreshing like a white, but has an edge of citra hops in the middle. The hops nicely compliments the wheat sweetness to create a very well balanced beer. No bitter aftertaste makes Chainbreaker an easy drinking summer beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pleasant beer with initially floral aroma. Very light hop flavor for an IPA, about what I expected out of a white ale. Finished with a bready banana flavor.

Comes out of the tap a hazy solar yellow with an OK white head. Aroma is hoppy and lemony, not like other IPAs I have sampled - but I’ve never tried a "white" IPA before. Flavor is more yeast than hoppy - but quite tasty and ~!satisfying with a fruity undertone. Definitely different! Body is average, but fizz is strong. Whatever you call it, a worthy brew if you visit the Pacific Northwest.

Pale straw, hazy, dissipating white head. Aroma: pilsner malt, lightly spicy wit-like yeast character with moderate lemony citrus notes. Flavor: grainy malt, citrus, light spice. Finishes with a crisp citrus acidity. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle: Light straw colored pour with a small white head. Nose is a bit confusing; citrus, grass, biscuit, and spicey. Flavor is citrus and pine, a little yeast, and some more spices. Lingering soapy/floral bitterness in the tail.

12oz bottle. Pours thin cloudy pale yellow. Medium head that sticks around a bit. Aroma is citrus, grassy spice, and floral hops. Taste is wheat malt with light body and nice crispness. Citrusy and tart in the middle. Some mildly spicy hops on the finish. Pretty much exactly what it sounds like - a mix of a while and an IPA. I wouldn’t rank it as great for either style but it’s a nice change up and great summer beer.

Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is yeast and citrus with inevitable hoppiness. Flavor is wheat, yeast, citrus, lemon coriander, and grassy with hop bitterness a bit lower than expected. Light body with medium carbonation. Pretty good for what it is. A good beginner IPA for sure.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of hops, citrus, Belgian yeast, grass, coriander, wheat, must, and some B.O. Poured yellow/straw in color with a small, white head that disappeared except for around the edges. Cloudy. Lightly sparkling. Full of small, medium, and large-sized particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet and heavily bitter. Tastes of hops, malt, citrus, grass, light Belgian yeast, and and some wheat. Medium body. Average texture. Average to lively carbonation. Heavily bitter, lightly sweet, hop, grass, citrus finish is slightly dry.

A lovely take on a creative style. Certainly hop-forward in the aroma and finish, but pleasant yeasty notes balance out a pretty forward wheat presence. Perfect for poolside on a hot day.
