Draft @ El Cajon Brewing Company, El Cajon, CA. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy aroma. fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter flavor. has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

Cloudy pale blond color. Nice fruity aroma, clean, lemony, maybe there is Citra. Lean mouthfeel; the flavor of malt and wheat is a bit lost in this beer, indeed light flavor, hidden by a more imposing hopping, with nice fruity character: some lemon, tangerine, apricots; balanced bitterness.
Refreshing, good, although not at the same level as a beer with a bit more of crispy and biscuity malt, like my favorite Häffner Citra.

Draft. Medium white head, cloudy lemon body. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit, spicy, wheat, clove, some orange peel. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, wheat, some orange peel. Light-medium body, light acidity, very drinkable.

CBC 12oz bottle-pours pale yellow with a retaining thin white head. Aroma is spice, yeast, some light malt. Taste is biting spice hops, yeast, some light malt.

Bottle from Malt & Vine. Pours dishwater gold with a foamy white head. Looks like a wit. Light aromas of citrus and yeast/spice. Med body. There’s strong flavor. Citrus, yeast/spice, fruit. I’d classify this as a wit beer, though one that’s really amped up. Weird but interesting.

Draft. Poured a hazy white yellow color with an average creamy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of short to moderate duration. My expectations where not met.

A golden blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a lightly piney hops with light butterscotch and tropical fruits. In mouth, a light sweetish malt with light Nelson Sauvin hops, fruit acidity, peppery notes, interesting. On tap at Oregon Brewer’s Fest, July 31 2011.

Draft. Cloudy pale yellow color, thick white head. Aroma of dusty banana bubblegum and white pepper. Taste is slightly sour banana and pineapple.

Bottle poured a cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, coriander, grapefruit, lemon zest, straw and light barnyard funk. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast, coriander, lemon zest and grapefruit with a crisp dry bitter lingering coriander finish.
