COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Delightful citrus aroma probably due to hops. Very light bodied beer, but a wonderful hop flavor that finishes smooth. Great for summer time. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Best by date of 08.02.14. Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a beer can glass on 07.01.14. A: Citrus, lemon, banana, tropical fruit, pineapple, and pear. A: 1/3 finger head. It recedes quickly. See through yellow body. T: Candied pineapple, lemon, and mango dominate. Pear and banana are subtle. P: Crisp and smooth. Somewhat bubbly. O: Awesome. This has wit and APA-like qualities. It was confusing at first, but delicious.

Bottle from mane. White IPA’s always divide me. This one however is tasty without being too one sided towards wheat or hops. Superbly balanced which I wasn’t expecting. Has a nice spice to it. The clove and wheat notes are very clearly present but the hops help give it some bitterness and fruit punch. Tasty

Pours a hazy pale yellow, with a small disappearing head. Smells nicely hoppy and fruity. Tastes similar to the smell. A very nice white ipa, which probably should get it’s own style. Taste is light, and sweet and mildly fruity. An enjoyable beer. Had in a bottle.

From bottle, hazy sunny orange. Sharp, bright, subtle upper citrus aroma. Tastes wheaty with soft hints of spice and orange, coupled with dry yet refreshing hop high-note. Pretty good.

Bottled. Poured cloudy straw golden with a sticky white head. The aroma picked up dusty yeast and doughy notes with some pale backing.. some lemon zest and black pepper accented.. aiight. The flavor found more lemon than anything throughout, with sweet stuff leading.. some white pepper and dusty earth laced throughout.. sweet citrus zest rode out the long, dry finish. Light-medium bodied and dry on the palate, with lemon leading.. sweeter than expected upfront, but dry and refreshing in the end.

Quite a unique white IPA. Definite aroma of citrus and hops, flavour of spices, strong hops, and white Belgium yeasts. Very good.
