COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Draught. Poured cloudy yellow with light white head. Aroma of slight wheat and hops. Quite smooth slightly bitter taste. Decent.

On tap poured into a shaker. The initial aromas are mostly lemon citrus and clove spices. Thereís also a trace of pine and bread, but these are secondary. Itís a hazy lemon yellow color with a puffy, unstable white head that reduces down to a thick, messy ring, with a decent surface layer dusting, and a sparse web lacing. Itís a nice balance between medium sweet and bitter - very refreshing. Itís a bit slick with a flattish, low level carbonation. The body is medium, more wit beer than IPA, finishing with lemon and spice with a bit of a sugary caramel syrup note. The lemon and spice mellow out, and clean up the aftertaste nicely.

Very hazy straw gold. Nose of lemon citrus and faint pine with Belgian yeast and spice. Flavor is light lemon citrus bitterness with wheat and Belgian spice. Mildly sweet with some lingering citrus. Could use more hops for the style.

On tap - Hazy yellow pour with a foamy white head. Nose is lemony, with light grassy/citrus hops, mellow, dry yeast, and a pale malt base. Taste has the same character, with some mineral and medium bitterness. Finishes dry and clean. Watery, with mellow carbonation. Not bad, but nothing really stands out.

bottle poured in to tulip. Nice 1.5 finger white head. pours a crisp hazy golden yellow with good fizz. Hazy enough to not see through much like a wheat ale. Nice citrus aroma with floral notes as well as a hint of clove and dough. Definitely the banana scent of a hefe. Nice light tartness on the front with citrus notes continued throughout. light hoppy bitterness and the back that sticks for a few seconds. Medium dry mouthfeel and a very refreshing beer not typical of an IPA.

355ml bottle from Archive Beer Boutique. Rating from December 2013. Poured a pale amber colour with a slight haziness. Pretty good head and the flavour is refreshing.

12oz bottle pours straw yellow with a one finger white head and little lacing. Aromas of banana, citrus, Belgian yeast, and hints of lemon. Flavor is mild citrus with a slight peppery finish. Refreshing beer.

A bit confused by this high of a rating, because I found this to be a dulled down wit and IPA. Neither was pronounced nor even good. Itís only okay.

I agree with many other reviewers that it tasted more like a wit than an ipa. Big yeast, orange peel and just very faint hop notes. Still refreshing and a great summer beer.

More like a wheatbeer but doesn't detract from enjoyment. Fruity aroma, yeasty in flavour and maybe spritzy in mouthfeel. Not a lot of hops. Still a nice beer even if it isn't a true IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy orange with minimal head. Has a real wheaty smell and taste for something labeled as an ipa. Taste is very good. Some citrus in the taste. Honestly would have scored it better if it werent called an ipa. Just not seeing it
