Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Poured from bottle into shaker glass. Pours very light cloudy yellow, almost murky with lots of particles. Nice white creamy head with good lacing that never quite diminishes. Minimal malt smell to speak of, with very strong grassy orange hop smell. Can also pick up some pineapple. Starts somewhat sweet - very bright, zesty taste and refreshing. Finishes slightly sweet with good bitterness; expected much more bitterness with all the hop smell. Nice long finish. Medium-bodied, thin texture and slightly bubbly on the tongue. Has a bit of an alcoholic mouthfeel. Great refreshing beer.

Bottle pours a hazy gold with neglible white head. Smells and tastes of delightful citrus hops, and not nearly as much wheat as I feared. In my opinion, a nearly perfect white ipa.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow pour with a medium white head. Aroma is sweet, wheat and citrus. Taste is less sweet, some citrus and wheat, quite soft carbonation.

It pours hazy yellow with a minimal head. Aroma is pure citrus. Taste is a bitter shock in the beginning. Grapefruity/lemony all over the place. Malty and yeasty body as a Witbier. Watery and dry. Won’t try this again.

Sweet spices and hop nose. Pale yellow, cloudy. Spices with citrus finish. Sweet. Not my thing but decent well balanced beer

A bit wheaty for my taste, but this is very sessionable and refreshing. Medium-bodied, with lots of yeast up front of the light citrus fruit, finishing with moderate hop bite.

A wheaty, citrus, hoppy crisp and refreshing aroma and taste. Hoppy but pretty balanced.

Poured from the bottle into a pint glass to drink. The beer had a very cloudy lemon-straw color with a large, foamy white head with good retention, lacing, and cling. Its aroma featured a blend of citrus, wheat, lemon, and straw notes, along with a yeast presence. The taste was mostly bitter with strong citrus and lemon flavors, along with a bit of grain, and a modest sour yeast effect. It was fairly lively and thinner in the mouth, with a dry body and good carbonation.
