COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

On tap. Great balance of citrus and hops. Pours cloudy pale yellow with beautiful white head. Orange peel, corriander and citrus notes. Very easy drinking, the best of Belgium Whites and Cascadian IPA’s all in one delicious pint. Superb beer.

Hazy straw yellow with a thin foamy white head. Aroma of lots of wheaty coriander like a witte, in fact lots of coriander, with a sort of herbal citrus tone going on too. Flavor is clean and balanced and exciting, with coriander, wheat, grassy herbal hop notes, and a subtle twinge of lemon rind. Tasty with a clean finish, begging for more.

My first white IPA. Chainbreaker is very pale golden color ale with some haziness. A tall fluffy head sits on top with plenty of lacing. Aroma is akin to a Beligum wit but is balanced out with a citrus hop bouquet that lightens the wit beer aroma. Smells wonderful in all honesty. Taste is like wow, light and refreshing hints of wheat malts, yeasty esters and lemon grass hops. Drinks smooth and tart with a bitter finish. Probably will be a hit in the summer no doubt, which would be prefect for that time of year.

Aroma is slightly hoppy more of a malt nose with some wheat. Pour cloudy golden colored. Tastes very malty with a hoppy bite finishes smooth like a wheat beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Comes out of the tap a hazy solar yellow with an OK white head. Aroma is hoppy and lemony, not like other IPAs I have sampled - but I’ve never tried a "white" IPA before. Flavor is more yeast than hoppy - but quite tasty and ~!satisfying with a fruity undertone. Definitely different! Body is average, but fizz is strong. Whatever you call it, a worthy brew if you visit the Pacific Northwest.

Nicest white IPA I have tried - aroma nice mix of mild IPA hoppiness with mild citrus of wit in the background; taste is pleasantly bitter but with nice wheat accents/balance present too; Belgian yeast gives excellent Belgo character and round out a very nice brew!

12oz. btl. Pours hazy yellow and cloudy. Little to no froth and very fizzy. Ok; first, the color is unusual. The aroma is bitter and smells of citrus floral hops. The taste reminds me of a German Hefe and Pils combination. Not really strong; very flavorful and lasting to the palate. I would lable this other than IPA...however; I just drink the beer, I don’t pour in the sweat and hours work to perfect a taste. At any rate; the beer is good!
