Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a big white fluffy head. Aroma is lemon, citrus hops, and orange peel. The taste has a decent amount of spices in it. Peppercorns, wheat, orange peel, and a little bit of funk from the Belgian yeast. I really like this as a summer IPA.

Transfer from BA review on 6-11-13- Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance- The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a big billowy white head of three fingers. The head very slowly fades over time leaving a nice level of lace on the sides of the glass. Smell-The aroma is heavy of Belgian yeast and malts with a large hit of lemon and wheat. Mixed with these aromas are some lighter notes of a banana and a bit of a coriander spice. Taste- The taste begins with a Belgian malt and lemon flavor upfront. Along with these taste so too comes some nice wheaty flavors which maintain a base taste for the brew. As the flavor advances the lemon grows stronger and slightly more sour to the end. A bit of grassiness and graininess begins developing in the taste more toward the end leaving a lemony and grainy flavor to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel- The body of the beer is on the medium side in terms of thickness with a carbonation level that is rather average overall. The moderate characteristics of the two are rather nice for the lemon, wheat and yeasty characteristics of the brew and make for a rather nice drinker. Overall- A pretty nice flavorful brew overall with a decent blend of graininess and a lemony taste, although slightly low on the hop profile for an IPA.

I didnít think this was a very strong beer. It does have an above average hop flavor but the overall beer was very mild and smooth. Kind of a wheaty feel.

Reminds me of Boulevardís 80-acre, but with Belgian yeast--a beautiful balance of tart and smooth. Very delicious and almost impossible to sip.

18th July 2014, on-tap pint in Atomic, Las Vegas. Cloudy, very pale yellow with a thin white head. Served a bit too cold, so no aroma for a while, but as it warmed a little the citrus aromas began to appear. Slight yeastiness along with the citrusy taste. Refreshing first pint of the evening, but not a repeat order.

GBBF Day 1. Bottle share. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, airy and crispy. Very light malts. Hops are lemony with an undertone of other citrus fruits. Light crisp finish. Decent.

On tap at Deschutes. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, pine, and belgian yeast. Flavor is mainly bitter hops and it finishes dry and citrusey. Just ok.

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold orange with a lasting white head. Soapy lemony orange flavour. I mean itís a Belgian Wit. Yes some hops, but the soap, the orange flavour. Itís a Belgian Wit that has some decent bitterness on the finish. Fine. Soapy. Orangey Belgian Witty. Fine. Perfumed orange soapy aroma. Fine. Bit too soapy for me..
