COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like fresh powder, itís a seize-the-moment thing. At harvest, we rush Goschie Farmsí Cascade hops fresh from vine to kettle. Not any Cascades, mind you, but an heirloom strain, from a single field, restored from the original rhizome. Hope youíre as hopped up as we are.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light phenolic and dry grassy. Grassy, bitter and lig citrusy to grapefruity. Dry and light herbal into a bitter finish.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Very fresh and interesting aroma of hops - not all that piney or citrusy, just fresh. Medium body, a rather sweet fruitiness leading to this amazingly fresh and enticing hoppiness. Bitter alright but never over the top. Very pleasant. 021112

Hazy blond color. Peculiar aroma, some lemon and grass, light chamomile too. Light but clean mouthfeel; pleasant malt flavor with a hay edge; medium to strong bitterness, with some fruits and resins. Very pleasant.

Pours a clear gold with a white head and some lacing. The flavor has fresh citrus hops op front, but overall it's maltier than I expected, almost more like an a ESB or pilsener finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is a pretty damn good showcase of cascade hops here - very light gold - soapy lace - aroma is extremely grassy and floral, with just a touch of clean sweetness - soft carbonation - medium sweet approach - just some lean, clean maltiness to start things off and offset the strong bitterness to come - malts become drier and crackery, just in time for potent floral, grassy and, ultimately, spicy cascade character - maybe just a hint of astrigency in the finish, but otherwise well done.

Slightly hazy yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is floral, cracker, hint of citrus and pear. Medium full body with medium-low carbonation. Very champagne-y presentation. I need more bitter in an IPA.

Very light aroma, not much hop profile, very light in color. Very thin taste but with an okay bitterness. Tastes like a higher alcohol twilight ale.

10 ounce tap at the Portland Deschutes Public House. This struck me as a casual beer, refreshing and light. I had no idea that it was 7.4%abv, and now that i know, Iím impressed! Pale yellow appearance, sleepy hop flavors, and a crisp finish. Small amount of grass in the aroma, thin amount of foam on top. I liked it, even if the main highlight is how it masks its magnitude.

Bottle. Golden beer with an off-white head. Grapefruti and light pine aroma with light spice. Grapefruit and malt flavor with light pine. Medium bodied. OK bitterness. Malt and grapefruit linger with light pine and light fruitiness.

Pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head which fades to a little lacing. Aroma is of citrus, freshly cut grass, some pine, a little pineapple and maybe some tobacco. taste is of spicy citrus (mainly orange and grapefruit), biscuit malts, spicy floral pine, some watermelon/cantaloupe, stone fruits, fresh grass, and some tobaco. Has a medium body with a super creamy mouthfeel, a semi dry, semi bitter somewhat sweet, short finish. Overall, a tasty and complex IPA that may be just a tad lacking in aroma and body.
