COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like fresh powder, itís a seize-the-moment thing. At harvest, we rush Goschie Farmsí Cascade hops fresh from vine to kettle. Not any Cascades, mind you, but an heirloom strain, from a single field, restored from the original rhizome. Hope youíre as hopped up as we are.

Bombe poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, earthiness, lemon zest, grapefruit and light pine. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, earthiness, grapefruit and light lemon zest with a smooth dry moderatly bitter lingering eartrhy finish.

On tap at Brewforia Bdeer Market, Eagle, ID 22oz bottle pours a clear medium golden color with coarse off-white head. Light hoppy aroma, and a bit pilsnerish. Decently bitter but not much fresh hop flavor. Light bodied and quick finish. A little soapy and decidedly lacking in the fresh hop character I was hopping for. A bitter pilsner.

Pour looks like it came from a mega brewery, but with better lacing. Nose was oranges, grass and floral. Taste was subtle - malt and citrus. Nice light fizzy mouthfeel with a balanced finish. I like the way they handle the hops and the alcohol.

Malty, smooth, and sweet. Doesnít smell or look like anything super special, but it does provide a nice, sweet, malty, and fresh tasting ipa. Deschutes IPA + pale ale+ honey+ fresh hops. Very nice seasonal.

Clear golden straw color with a white head. Nose is nice and floral with a hint of melon. Some sweet bread and biscuit malt, a hint of grass, and lots of perfume. Sweet bread and biscuit malt on the palate. Very light bitterness, a solid floral hop notes, and some hints of grass. A little bit of fruit, mild melon, and a bit of spice.

Quite light in color, smallish head. Hop-infused vegetal citrus on the nose. Flavor makes me wonder why this is rated so low. Delicate, but with a slightly dusty vegetal note like a saison, and the hops definitely get a chance to shine. Not bad at all.

Nothing special, not too hoppy, a little flat, but still an awesome design on the bottle cover

Light dank, citrus, grain, hay, biscuit malts on the nose. Fairly unimpressive really. Pours golden, nice head and lace. Flavors of biscuit, hay, a little leafy dank, some citrus, a little floral notes linger. Not really standout by any means, but nothing wrong either. Expected more i guess.

Bottle @ home. Pours a clear golden appearance with an off white head. Pale grainy straw aroma with some light hay and herbal hops. Fairly crisp, fairly dry, lemon citrusy, herbal, a bit earthy, pretty potent, bitter hoppy flavor. Kind of boring and not my kind of brew.

Not a bad beer, but Iím not so fond of it as a fresh hop beer. For one, malts were too forward, with big, overpowering flavors of bread dough, white cake and biscuits. Hops were super floral, bright and snappy, but they didnít have that fresh-hop rawness to them, plus the bitterness level was way too mild. This beer also tasted like it was fermented with Belgian yeast.
