Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Very fresh and interesting aroma of hops - not all that piney or citrusy, just fresh. Medium body, a rather sweet fruitiness leading to this amazingly fresh and enticing hoppiness. Bitter alright but never over the top. Very pleasant. 021112

Sweet and fruity aroma of hops, pine needles and flowers.

Hazy blond color. Peculiar aroma, some lemon and grass, light chamomile too. Light but clean mouthfeel; pleasant malt flavor with a hay edge; medium to strong bitterness, with some fruits and resins. Very pleasant.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours amber tinged gold with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is floral and spicy. Maybe a little grassy. Med body. Flavor is fairly citrusy, bit of grapefruit rind, maybe some lighter pitted fruits. Still floral and spicy. Extremely nice flavors.

Bombe poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, earthiness, lemon zest, grapefruit and light pine. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, earthiness, grapefruit and light lemon zest with a smooth dry moderatly bitter lingering eartrhy finish.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear, very pale yellow hued body with a large and creamy white head. Aromas are citrusy, grassy, herbaceous and dank. Very weed like with some fruity notes that seem like hops, but could be mild yeast esters. Low malt. Flavors are of brown sugar flambeed grapefruit. Fresh citrus. zesty, grassy, and pungent with a delicate malt bill. Not much to dislike. I am surprised by the ratings and notes from other friends. Some pineapple, light bready malt. Clean, hoppy, pleasant. Lively bubbles, a light cornbread and grapefruit character. Medium, although slightly medicinal bitterness. Balance is near neutral with a nod to bitterness. Lively bubbles and dry. Pretty solid and better than I was lead to believe.

On tap at Whole Foods Tap Room in Santa Rosa. Yellow, lacey with a lace head. Good hops and very nice IPA Hop aromas. Average mouthfeel at best.

bottle. clear gold body with a fine white head. floral lemon juice and grass aroma, thankfully lacking the green celery character found in most fresh hop beers. soft carbonation, creamy and soft texture with bright hop acid and medium-heavy bitterness. surprisingly well-made beer out of Deschutes here: bright and soft, floral and grassy and juicy without any resin.
