COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rogue and North Coast Brewing Co. have joined forces with us to recreate a craft beer classic.

A hoppy citrus aroma radiates from this pale amber Barley Wine Ale. Its sturdy malt backbone is balanced with clean bitterness. Finishes pleasantly without overpowering.

Refreshing barleywine, emphasizing the taste though not true bitterness of the hops. Good drinkability. Similar to an aged American strong.Fuller mouthfeel.

Earthy hops, marmalade, slightly citric, ABV noticable, but not boozy, complex and intruiging. Amber colour, medium off-white head, lacing. Big bit, big sweetness, big everything, lovely and typically American, supe

"Brilliant orange color, clearer than most. Is about as barleywine like as stoic is quad like. That said, stoic is my favorite beer called a quad, even if it is nothing like others in the style. This barleywine has lots of big, hoppy IPA qualities, but thatís too easy. So fruity that I was thinking Belgian yeast esters, though thereís not really any of the spice. Iíve never had a beer with this combo of qualities. Unique for sure, and very enjoyable. I canít think of it as an elite barleywine, cause its not what Iíd go for when Iím in the mood for one, but it is a great beer - labels be damned. Canít wait to try the other two versions :)
