COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Claymore, a Scottish broadsword, was powerful and respected. This Scotch Ale seeks to emulate those characteristics through malty strength and slight notes of peated malt. Its delivery is more delicate however, arriving on the palate without the heat you might expect.

Coppery, hazy, beige head. Restrained aroma of bready malt, some malty notes, a little toffee. Flavor of toffee, some dark fruit, raisins, bready Golden Promise-like malt, an almost cinnamon note in there. Finishes malty-sweet.
