Bottle shared by some one at Houston October tasting. Pours a hazy pale gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of citrus with a bit of flora and a backing grass note. Flavor is a bit sweet with citrus and is joined by flora and bitter citrus.

Bomber pours clear gold with white head. The aroma pushes out a good load of spicy yeast and spicy coriander with herbal and sweet malts notes off in the background. The taste is much the same with big bold yeasty spices and coriander that give very little ground to notes like sweet apple and sweet pears as well as bitter grapefruit and pine hoppiness.

22oz bottle from Brewery Creek in Vancouver. Pours a lager like yellow with a decent white head. So much flaky particulate being circulated by the abundant carbonation that it’s like watching a yellow snow globe. Aroma is grassy, with some orange that verges on grapefruit, lemon and coriander. Taste is sugar candy sweet, like a Pez dropped in hops. Lots of lemon notes, some grassiness, again some coriander, ginger and a slightly medicinal finish. It’s bitter and grainy but just too sweet up front for my palate.

(22oz bottle, BB 11/10/11) Pours a hazy pale yellow body with a tall frothy long lasting white head and descent lacing. Aroma of lemon mélange pie, pineapple, pear, allspice, orange, and coriander. Flavor of lemon, florals, kumquats, lime, and coriander with a moderately bitter finish.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 3fourths (6943) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 26, 2011
bottle. hazed gold body, white head. lemon oil, grapefruit pulp / citrus acid nose with creamy wheat and doughy yeast; peppery and assertive, comes across like ginger. medium body up front, tends to grow thicker and chewier in the finish. tart with slightly sour lactic acid / sour cream lingering late. medium-high acidity and bitterness, over time becoming more difficult to drink and leaving a wood oil-like film on the tongue. what the fudge guys?
4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 onceblind (2534) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 24, 2011
Without yeast, it has a very clear bright gold body with a thin white head. Amazing aroma of citrus hops, coriander, fresh wheat, Flowery, and delightfully full. Nice big palate with a long lasting finish of wit spices. Flavor is big on wheat, but also plenty of big citrus hops, flower hops, clove, and a subtle Belgo yeast funk. Really good brew.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 CLevar (373) - Minnesota, USA - SEP 22, 2011
IPA? Really? Oh well. Tap pour from Stubs is a hazy light yellow with gold highlights, a white lasting head, with decent lacing sits on top. Aroma is light hops, fairly prevalent citrus, wheaty straw, some spices, and a bit of belgian yeast. Taste is similar, with citrus up front, leading to an odd wheat sweetness, and backed by just a touch of hop bitterness. Slightly astringent finish, fairly dry. Just OK.
