COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is said that enlightenment can come while washing the dishes, so why not while drinking a beer? Mild amounts of caramel malt meet ridiculous levels of hops; Bravo for bittering, Zeus for late boil aroma and a powerload of Centennial and Delta for dry hopping. Love bitter? Enlighten your tongue.

GBBF. Light haze on this amber beer, little pale cream coloured head. Light dry palate. Nice caramel malts - subtle esters. Reasonable citrus - balances well with the esters. A little creamy malt. Comes over like a well hopped Hefeweizen!
