COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Foray is all about the journey. Belgian yeast delivers hints of apple and pear which blend with the citrus hop aroma for a clean even finish. So no matter where you’re heading, this a trip worth taking.

22oz bomber. Pours a beautiful golden orange color with a sticky head and a decent amount of floaties. Tastes of citrus grapefruit, pine and a little bit of funkiness from the belgian yeast. Although 6.5 percent isn’t all that much, it’s hidden well and pretty damn smooth. I don’t hate it. Kinda delicious.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with white head. Lots of fruity citrus on the nose from the hops; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a little Belgian yeast note. Pretty nice.

Okay, I sort of like what Deschutes concocted here. The Foray is a very clean, almost champagne-like IPA. It has hints of apple and large amounts of soft citrus. It is a fine beverage, but not going wild over it. Serving size: 22oz bomber.

Not bad. More of an IPA than a Belgian. Perhaps a touch of Belgian yeast in this but it?s more so about the dank hops... Which are watered down.

Bottle, pours clear, looks like a bud wiser, big white head with lots of lacing. Nose is an odd mix of Belgian yeast and citrus/pine notes. Conflicted taste that just doesn’t work for me. well excited but not my thing.

Clearish light gold under a rocky white head. Pleasant aroma of lemongrass and bitter floral resins with a kiss of grapefruit zest and citrusy sweetness. The flavor has a strong bitter start thats a little grapefruity and grassy, perhaps a little too overbearing, with a grapefruity twang throughout the flavor profile. The body has some wheat, lemongrass, floral and grassy resins, and hints of belgian tree fruit esters. A bit convoluted and acidic bitter for my liking.

22 oz. bottle from The Party Source. Pours a hazed pale golden color with a small bone white head that laces the glass. Notes of wheat, coriander, lemon citrus, pale and bready malts, straw, dry grains, sugars, and drired fruits. Light-bodied, with moderate to medium carbonation and a dry, sweet mouthfeel. Good Belgian IPA. Subtle, and it all works well.
