COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Foray is all about the journey. Belgian yeast delivers hints of apple and pear which blend with the citrus hop aroma for a clean even finish. So no matter where you’re heading, this a trip worth taking.

Pours out a pale straw topped with a small white head. Nose is grass belg yeast and citrus. Taste is as the nose with perfume floral notes and not so much belg notes.

Bomber. Pours a cloudy yellow straw color. Fizzy white head leaves some decent lacing. Aromas of sweet stone fruit, spicy yeast, citrus hops and biscuit. Taste is sharp, crisp, and dry up front. Spicy yeast & citrus hops, along with stone fruit & apple round out the profile.Thin body with lively carbonation.

Bottle @ Zach’s house. Pours a bit hazy golden appearance with an off white head. Aroma has a bunch of banana, apple, and pear with some white pepper and dough. Moderately high sweetness. Dull bitterness. A bit chewy and doughy. Light fruit and herbs in the flavor along with a but of pepper. Ok.

A thank you goes out to Adrian for a bottle of this. This is a first rate Belgian IPA (maybe that should be a separate style). A very nice blending of the Belgian golden and IPA styles.

On tap. Served a hazy straw color with a small head and nice lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, bit of yeast, fresh fruit and grain. Taste of grapefruit, a subtle fruit sweetness and just a hint of yeast. Nice bitterness and a clean finish. Medium body, very crisp, clean and very refreshing. Very well balanced. Very enjoyable beer that is spot on.

Solid but nothing special. Has a really beautiful nose but a little lacking in flavor. Descent

Pours a hazy yellow with light frothy head. Smells of citrus hops with a bit of funk. Thin palate with a tart dry finish.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. The aroma is very estery, big juicy hop notes, fruity, celery aroma that is out of place. The flavor is a bold juicy hoppy fruitiness, apple candy note, light bready malt character in the finish. A great beer.
