COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Foray is all about the journey. Belgian yeast delivers hints of apple and pear which blend with the citrus hop aroma for a clean even finish. So no matter where youíre heading, this a trip worth taking.

On tap. Served a hazy straw color with a small head and nice lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, bit of yeast, fresh fruit and grain. Taste of grapefruit, a subtle fruit sweetness and just a hint of yeast. Nice bitterness and a clean finish. Medium body, very crisp, clean and very refreshing. Very well balanced. Very enjoyable beer that is spot on.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. The aroma is very estery, big juicy hop notes, fruity, celery aroma that is out of place. The flavor is a bold juicy hoppy fruitiness, apple candy note, light bready malt character in the finish. A great beer.

Narnad (1462) - Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA - SEP 15, 2014
Pours a very clean, pale yellow color with a very pillowy, white head. Aroma has a very large citrus hops containing a light lemon and grapefruit with a touch a of orange. Some apple fruity notes from the Belgian yeast are present as well. Flavor starts off with a light apple note and moves into a pretty hoppy light lemon and orange citrus presence fading to a light fruity and watered down grainy presence. Body is extremely light with a lot of sharp carbonation. Body boarders a bit on the thin side for the amount of hops that are present. Overall a flavorful, light bodied beer that would benefit from just a tad more body left during fermentation.

22oz bomber. Pours a beautiful golden orange color with a sticky head and a decent amount of floaties. Tastes of citrus grapefruit, pine and a little bit of funkiness from the belgian yeast. Although 6.5 percent isnít all that much, itís hidden well and pretty damn smooth. I donít hate it. Kinda delicious.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with white head. Lots of fruity citrus on the nose from the hops; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a little Belgian yeast note. Pretty nice.
