COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Foray is all about the journey. Belgian yeast delivers hints of apple and pear which blend with the citrus hop aroma for a clean even finish. So no matter where youíre heading, this a trip worth taking.

Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate apple/pear, melon, light citrus, florals, and a hint of lemon. It pours a hazy dull gold/yellow with a large soapy white head that has great retention and leaves behind a lot of clumpy lacing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with light-moderate apple with some light citrus. The finish has light-moderate florals, pear, lemon peel, and maybe a hint of grapefruit. Itís light-medium bodied with moderate-lively carbonation that can be a bit prickly at times. Overall, itís decent...but the apple and pear flavors in an IPA donít do a lot for me.

Nice cloudy golden colour with good frothy head. Very fruity and floral aromas of peach, honey, mandarine. The taste has all the same notes as well as some paw paw/papaya, a little grapefruit and passionfruit. Medium bodied. Really good.

Hazy gold color, citrus pineapple aroma. Taste is definitely pineapple citrus to me. Bottle says Apple and pear but It's pineapple to me. Nice hop bitterness. It's good but I really like their fresh hop stuff a lot better. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

had a taste over at Mad Johnnyís Machete Shop .. . the belgian yeast has taken hold of this one .. . mellow sweetness and a weird grassiness .. . mild mouth and a hollow finish .. . a bit disappointing from deschutes .. . .

Pours yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is peach, apple, floral, pear, a bit of grapefruit; super estery. Taste is pome fruit, apple seeds, alcohol, floral, light honey, grapefruit, and coriander. Light-med body, dry finish, soft carbonation. Kind of a cross between an IPA and a wit.

22 ounce bottle. Pours a cloudy straw gold color with a big rocky white head. Zesty yeasty sour apple malt nose. Flavor is tart and dry, bitter hops mix with tart pear and apple nuances. Seems like a cross between a Belgian wheat and a pale IPA.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow. Aroma of light citrus taste is grapefruit with a subtle fruity note offset by a semi spicy bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from my aunt Pam. Light pour with a big white head. Aroma is pears, yeast, and spicy. Taste is bitter, decorative soap, citrus, and a Belgian finish.
