COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This porter boasts a similar chocolate-forward malt body to our flagship Black Butte Porter. The addition of fresh Willamette hops from Goschie farms brings a very pleasant Floral hop Flavor to balance the malt. Another delicious and easy drinking porter with balanced hop character.

Tap at Deschutes Brewery & Public House, Portland - 07/11/12. Menu notes that this beer was brewed in the Portland brewing facility. Very dark mahogony brown with a thin tan head. Nose is roast malts, touch of chocolate, light molasses, little hoppage in the background. Tastes of roast malts, chocolate, molasses. Medium bodied with light spritzy carbonation leading to a roasted finish. Pretty average pickings here!
