COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don’t worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

A friend brought this bottle to Hong Kong for me as its not available there yet. A 12oz bottle poured into a La Chouffe tulip. Best by 22 May 2015. It poured a deep amber orange colour with slightly less than one finger head. It’s darker than most IPAs but appears clear. Has a nice aroma but its not exactly leaping out. When it does appear though, its with nice tropical fruits and pine. Immediate tastes are mango, pineapple, more tropical fruits, pine, so good… with some grapefruit bitter ending. Feels crisp, slightly sticky, medium body and medium carbonation, excellent in my mouth. Overall a very nice IPA which I would definitely buy again if I could somehow get my hands on more.

From a bottle into snifter. Big off tan head, deep copper orange color, semi-clear. Nose is caramel, lemon, grass. Medium body, medium caramel sweetness, hint of bitterness on the finish, medium carbonation. Overly sweet body for an ipa with a lack of hop aromas and bitterness, not sure if I got an old bottle or what but this was just not up to par.

Tap at YT’s pours a reddish amber with a thick white head and nice lacing. Aromas of citrus, bread, and pine. Flavor is medium bitter with a crisp finish. Tasty.

Gold pour, foamy offwhite head. Grass and citrus aroma, flavor of citrus, wheat and grass. Oddly creamy.

Dark Amber color. Good blend of hop aroma and taste. Solid body. Nothing unusual, but a fine IPA.

There was quite a bit of smoke when I opened this beer. It pours a clear copper color with a thick off white head that has great retention and left a lot of lacing around the glass. The aroma is pine, hop resin, grapefruit, citrus, and some breadiness. The aroma is very inviting! The taste is very citrusy and I don’t really see the 60 ibu’s. I pick up grapefruit, pine, orange, and some coriander. This taste more like a citrus juice compared to beer. This truly is a great beer. The mouthfeel is on the light side and the drinkability is super high.

This is a very enjoyable IPA. There’s not too much citrus, for all you piney IPA drinkers. It has nice malt. The color is a darker golden color, which naked me think it’s going to taste maltier than it really is. Finishes clean without bitterness.

Nice rich head and subtle but full flavor. Not as hoppy as expected but still worth a drink now and then

Large off-white head. Hops dominate the aromas with both pine and some citrus, but some bread malt aromas are also present. Fairly heavy alcohol on the palate. Fairly sweet also. A long finish with heavy hop bitterness and moderate sweetness. Overall a quite good IPA with good hops, some sweetness and a reasonable malt balance.
