This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Donít worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2015 12 oz bottle purchased in Eugene and consumed on the banks of Oregonís McKenzie River. Appearance: clear deep red-amber with a semi-durable, frothy bone-colored head. Excellent lacing. Aroma: Sweet with a touch of toffee and with a delightful but unexpected faint hint of fruit brandy. Way less grapefruit and hops aroma than expected. Flavor: A touch low in hops for an IPA, but the hop load seems well matched to the malt base, so no complaints. Fruity with both citrus (including orange) and tropical (including pineapple) elements. Mild bitterness is low for style. Feel: Lively medium carbonation. Nearly medium body. O: excellent, super-fruity IPA.

Pours a beautiful deep amber. Very strong caramel and citrus aromas, with a strong contrast of sweet and bitter. Balanced well but very intense, great sipping beer.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Lightly hazy orange color, small white head. Aroma is malts, lovely hoppyness, citra, lightly floral. Taste malts, a lot of hops, very fruity, decent bitterness. Average to medium body and carbonation. Nice.

Clear amber off-white lacing foam head. Strong bitter aroma and taste. Some fruit notes still. Lasting bitter after taste. (Houston 201408)

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. I am looking forward to this. I quite like Deschutes and this beerís name excited me on the list. Clear dark amber almost russet colour with a big beige head. Some resiny hop on the aroma that gets through the big head. Itís not as hoppy as I thought it would be. Quite light and fruity and agile actually. Not a huge overpowering the senses beer, but a very drinkable, very quaffable fruity, orange fruity, satsuma fruity beer with moderate bitterness on the finish. Extremely sessionable I would have thought. Certainly gets marks for drinkability. The 355ml bottle lasted maybe 5 minutes. Lovely but in a very understated way.

Salt Lake bottle. Pours a cloudy orange-gold color with a long lasting khaki head and super thick lacing. Aroma is light fir/spruce hops with a hint of simple syrup. Lighter flavor of sweeter malt and fruity/citrus hops. Short finish with moderate bitterness. Nice.

Bright citrus aroma. Amber appearance with a white head with below average head retention. In the flavor the citrus hops also have spicy note. The malt contains notes of caramel, biscuit. Esters are moderate. The balance is towards the hops, but it is malty for an ipa. Body is medium with medium carbonation. Overall, while I'm not a fan of malty ipas this one tastes good. I'll buy again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Yardhouse in Temecula, CA. Pours dark orange with a thin tan head that leaves moderate lacing. Aroma is huge citrus oils, mostly orange and tangerine. Taste is courteous and pine hop with some caramel malt in the middle and huge orange peel at the end. Palate is smooth, moderately bitter and balanced. Very drinkable.

Cold bottle, from GBBF. Dark orange / red, clear, sparkling, small off-white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is card, caramel malt, light grapefruit. Body is medium, touch of carbonation. Taste is malt-forward, toffee, resin, some copper pipe, touch of tangy alcohol. Hoppy spearmint burps afterwards. OK, but I like cleaner fruit flavours in IPAs.

I was extremely dissapointed in the "IPA". I figured with a name like "Fresh Squeezed" that it would have an abundance of HOPS. WRONG. I could barely taste the hops in the IPA. Very lame.
