COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don’t worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

Bottle. Pours a clean orange amber with thin beige head that quickly dissipates and some spotted lace. Nose of fresh peaches, tangerine, apricots, cantaloupe, caramel, pine. Medium body with a sticky mouthfeel. Light bitterness and fairly sweet.

On tap at TAPS in Petaluma. Pours medium amber with a sticky tan head. Nice aroma, tropical passionfruit and antique apple varietals. Flavor carries the same hop aroma notes but they’re subdued and quickly leave the palate. Sweet profile with a vanishing finish and very modest bitterness. I prefer a little more spine from my IPAs.

On tap at the new Yorktown Center Beer House in Lombard, IL.. Shaker served with a bright, clear copper color, very persistent, off white/light tan head foam, and equally lasting, spiraling rings of lacing. The aroma was a touch of dankness, light grain & bountiful malt, some caramel, resin, lots of citrus as orange & grapefruit, and some tropical & pit fruit notes. The flavor was similar, with solid hop bitterness that was lingering but not harsh, smooth and plentiful malt, and a better than medium body. Highly recommend!

Very drinkable, welcoming taste and well balanced, very fresh, notes of fuity citrus and apricot, refreshing ipa. I kept waiting for more bitterness but it didn’t come. Not disapointing just not what I was expecting. Great beer, I wish it wasn’t seasonal.

On tap at Deschutes in Portland. Clear deep amber with a thin head, but who cares how this one looks? Aroma of tropical and citrus hops to the extreme. Taste is juicy juicy juicy; they picked a great name for this one. Juicy fruity hops, light bitter finish. Wow. Smooth and medium-bodied. A real winner.

This brew is currently a sesaonal beer by Deschutes Brewing only. This beer should be available year round. It tastes that good!

A sticky foam head and the color is of a light cloudy amber. The aroma has fruit, sweet malts, and floral citra hops. In the flavor I picked up on mild bitter hops, various fruits, sweet honey malts, weak carmel malts, and a light yeast flavor. As for the fruit I noticed grapefruit, apricots, and pineapples. The fresh squeezed ipa has a very good finish that makes this beverage very drinkable. Overall the finish is pleasant with a fruity, bitter, and light yeast flavor. I’d recommend have this.

Shared from a bomber bottle, into a nonic glass, thanks Tony. It poured a hazy amber with off-white foam, everlasting with lots of lace. Intense aromas of Citra and Mosaic hops: grapefruit, apricots, golden raisins, melons, pineapple, mango, blueberry. Complex grainbill underneath: mellow malt sweetness, caramel, toffee, fruit roll-ups. Medium body and carbonation, lingering bitter, resiny aftertaste. A big, solid, uniquely fruity IPA.

Great IPA with a lot of orange juice flavor. Great beer especially on a hot day.
