This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Donít worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

Best by 15OCT13 Amber with a solid light cream sheet. Smells like tropical and citrus fruits with a bit of body odor and some cotton candy. Flavor is sweet with rich caramelized malts and some straight sugar, some lemons, some onion. Medium on heavy feeling with a sharp, moderate carb and a moderately dry finish. An okay beer, not impressive really.

Bomber. Opaque orange brown, foamy off-white head settles and fades. Aroma of caramel malt and fruity hops. Fresh squeezed tropical and stone fruit taste dominates, lots of juicy grapefruit, a clean herbal bitterness and some sweet backseat malt. Average carbonation, light-medium bodied, well hopped. Scrumptious! MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly)

Poured from bomber into my Deschutes snifter. Bright amber color with a cream colored head. Aroma has sweet caramel malt and some earthy hop notes. Flavor is light biscuity malt with a nice dose of citra and a little but of spiciness at the end - Iím assuming this is from the mosaic. Medium bodied with a slightly sticky mouthfeel. This seems a little underwhelming compared to what I expected based on other ratings. Just noticed that this beer (which I just bought yesterday) has a best by date of 10/05/13 - that might be part of the issue.

Bomber courtesy of me, copper hue with creamy lasting eggshell head with good lacing, smells of tropical fruit\fruit punch, medium body, minimal carbonation, more like fruit juice, papaya\mango\passion fruit, biscuit malt adds to the sweetness, very minimal lasting bitterness, very good, maybe a touch too fruity, no spice, pine or resin, "Juicy, Your so Juicy, Juicy Fruit"

Aroma, mangos at first, fermented citrus fruit next then sweet caramel. New penny copper color, slightly hazy. Slight biscuit sweetness followed by ruby red grapefruit bitterness. Medium body, sticky on the lips (thatís what she said), lingering bitterness. I would drink this for breakfast every day if I didnít have a job.

Sweet mineraly aroma. Taste has notes of caramel, apples, and cheese. Finish is cheddar.

Bottle to glass. Pours a clear deep amber color with a moderate light tan head. Aroma is mostly hops, citrus and tropical fruits, with a hint of caramel malt and alcohol. Flavor is a bittersweet tropical fruit hoppy goodness. Light to medium in body with a lingering hoppy bittersweetness in the finish. Delicious beer, but unfortunate to say I had a couple weeks past its prime. Wish I could have tried it fresher.

Bottle sampled at a tasting event. From notes. Loads of citrus and tropical fruits all up in it. Another homerun.

Deschutes never fails to impress me. This is a delightful IPA with a citrus aroma and a bright taste of orange and lemon. Excellent mouthfeel and the finish is long and bitter. Well done!

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2014 Appearance - dark cloudy orange. Aroma - mild hops. Not as fragrant as others. Mouthfeel - mild bite from the carbs. Lingering hop taste. Taste - citrus hops. Nice and fresh tasting. Lacks the pine and wood flavor of other IPAs but is nice. Seems slightly maltier than others but might be but not s familiar with the hops in this. Overall - pretty nice. I like citra hops. Very drinkable. I like this. Less in your face than others like Enjoy By. Good.
