COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don’t worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

Bottle from the IGA in Winters, CA. Pours a copper color with a think frothy head. Smells of citrus hop. Tasted of citrus hop, such flavors as peach, mango and maybe nectarine. One of the best regular IPA’s out there. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice golden with a reddish hue. Aroma is citrusy, very hoppy. This is a total hop bomb, with a ton of fresh citra flavor. Despite packing a wallop in hops, bitterness is not overpowering at all. A tiny sweetness on finish, and the floral, lemony hops just linger. Awesome, and distinctive, which is hard to do in the IPA category.

Keg @ Yardhouse, Denver. Medium-deep amber, slightly hazy, off-white head. Hoppy, resiny aroma, spruce, apricot, orange/grapefruit, caramel, grass, mint leaves. Off-dry, medium bodied, mid to high bitterness, creamy CO2. Hoppy, resiny, grassy taste, spruce, grapefruit, passion fruit, caramel. Very fresh and well balanced. Great hop aroma - light fruits and perfume - but even better hop flavor. Plenty of malty backbone on top of those juicy hops almost makes it too sweet; I’d like a bit more bitters for the finish. Still an excellent choice among IPAs.

Tap. Moderate roasted and caramel for the malt, Moderate orangey hops, light soap and cheese for the yeast, with dried fruit in the background. Head is small, frothy, white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is clear copper. Flavor starts lightly sweet and lightly to moderately acidic, then finshes lightly sweet, acidic and bitter. Palate is medium, oily, with a lively carbonation and a bit of a saccharin aftertaste. Super orange juice like hops in this unique and super tasty IPA.

Bottled. Persimmon in color with a medium sized tan head. Big spruce nose with some sweet peach and nectarine highlights. Mellow bitterness, a bit leathery, with black pepper spice. Decent, not phenomenal, but really tasty.

Tap @ Yard House. The looks and smell of this had me really anticipating. Nice copper color with decent head and lacing. Wonderful boxwood and pith aroma. But the flavor did not live up to it- I almost wonder if the tap lines were dirty. Just sort of moderately bitter with a light hop finish.
