May 16, 2008 Copper with medium head. Spicy/floral hop aroma. Nice mix of hops and finishes with a good bitterness. Too sweet. Taste has a bit of sulfur. Dry finish. Unique and interesting, but room for improvement.

May 4, 2008 Bottle from Ashland, OR. I’d have to say that it’s great as an organic, but not the best as a beer overall. Still, it was malty and bit better, which rounded out the taste. Not too bad.

May 2, 2008 Some sweet malts cascade above this briliantly amber ale with a thick khaki head. Mmmm... Nicely toasted caramel malts, some fruitiness with some citric hoppy twang. Very rich in flavor. This is a gem. Thanks André!

May 1, 2008 Bottle. Ruby amber beer with an off-white head. Light fruity aroma. Light fruit flavor with caramel malt and light pine. Medium bodied. Lingering fruit, earth, and caramel.
