Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, orange, some grapefruit. Taste is mderium sweet, grapefruit/orange, some caramel, light sourness. Light-medium body, some stickiness, somewhat dry finish. hopscotch (5440), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Apr 14, 2008 Bottle... Clear amber ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Great retention. Earthy aroma of straw, black tea and spent mash. Medium to full-bodied with lively carbonation. Pretty sweet, but earthy and herbal English hops provide enough bitterness to keep the malts in check. Sweet, grassy finish. Very nice little drinker. Bottle provided by mcbackus!
