Pours a dark amber/copper color... Not a ton of malt flavoring but a healthy amount of floral hop action. Good carbonation with citrus finish. not very much bite.... Kind of what you would expect from a beer called organic ale. GOod not great

An amber beer with a small head. The aroma was malty, subtle fruitiness, with a mild bitter finish. I guess I can feel good about Mother Earth after drinking this.

Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium to dark amber. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain, cookie), moderately hoppy (grapefruit, apricot, resin), with a light note of black tea. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Decent brew, if non-exciting. Balanced well in both nose and mouth, but it’s a bit sharp.

Draft at Bailey’s Taproom, Portland. A hazy amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with a clear grapefruit hop aroma. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of toffee, malt, and spices, leading to a dry bitter finish.

From a 22 oz bottle this poured a rich amber color with a foamy off-white head adn good lacing Nose of sweet malts and floral hops. Decent mouthfeel is a little sticky but not cloying, and flavor is soapy and grassy, with the floral hops dominating. Finish is sweet with some citrus.

Somewhat darker amber. Aroma is rich fruity hops with notes of pine, grapefruit and tangerines. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness, good flavors. I just wish it was bigger.
