3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Big thanks again to mfavoino(Matt) for the beer. 12 oz. bottle served in a Deschutes tulip.
A: Pours a clear orange color with a frothy white head forming on the pour. It recedes to a thin ring that leaves some soapy lace down the glass.
S: Sweet fruity yeast notes with a pale malts and a little grassy hops.
T: Pale malts, grassy hops and a nice sweet fruit flavor.
M: Light bodied with a medium-high carbonation level. Easily drinkable.
O: Very light and easy drinking. I could drink several in one sitting and not get tired of it.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft. The aroma is hoppy and very fresh... Obviously. Almost kind of soapy? The appearance is a clear copper with a lasting white head. The taste is hoppy almost to a skunk. Some malt backbone, but really just hoppy. The palate is really nice for such a highly hopped beer. No bad aftertaste. Overall, a good beer that is a nice change from old, bottles ipas.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sparkling copper ale that pours perfect with a foamy beige head. This is one of those 60/40 malt/hop beers so Iím not sure where theyíre getting the name from. Its a damn good APA... it looks great, smells good, tastes good, and feels good on the palate, must be... wait nevermind.

4.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
I love this pale ale. It drinks like a normal pale ale, but has a lot of bright hot taste and character. Not much as far as aroma, but the palette makes up for it. Very easy drinker. For those not too sure about IPAís yet, this will be a great stepping stone!

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Slightly sweet florals and orange citrus dominate the aroma and palate... Pretty, perfumed florals of fresh roses and such.. Hints of sweet, ripe citrus and orange remain in the background.. A slight touch of floral bitterness in the finish.. Overall, fresh, mildly sweet citrus and perfumed florals dominate this years beer.. Medium-light bodied... Average finish.. Friendly.. Simply ok.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Not a hop killer, but itís a pale ale first and then a hoppy treat, which is in my wheelhouse. Pours. Tastes. Finishes. Iím sure thereís lacing. I drink beer like this bc itís all good, says my therapist.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a clear copper with light fluffy off-white head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney and citrusy hops. Flavor is malty up front and hoppy in the finish. Pretty light and refreshing. Good, but not super complex.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not really the level of hop I was expecting. However, the beer is very clean and crisp and that I do appreciate! The hop profile in this is short and sweet, very little bitter.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Amber color, small white head. Quite floral/herbal aroma. Taste is malty with strong herbal character tending towards some onion/chive taste. Palate is fine, medium carb, light body. Just not digging the hop profile on this one.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
2012 release, poured from a 12 oz. bottle. Copper beer with just slightly off-white head that dissipates quickly but leaves some lacing. Appearance promises a balanced beer with full flavor for its modest alcohol content. Aroma is a bit subdued but generally malty - caramel and slight toffee. Flavor is similar, but fresh hops come through in the finish. Not much hop flavor to speak of, but the maltiness is tasty and complemented well by the fresh hop spiciness in the finish. An excellent fall beer if youíre looking for some fresh hop taste that is fully balanced with malt.
