COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
To say it another way "Unfiltered Fresh Hop Lager". Brewed with fresh Sterling hops from Goschle Farms in the Willamette Valley, we created what an IPA might look like if Germany had colonized the world (and. like today American brewers brought the world the fresh hop) IBU’ 54 ABV 6.8%.

on tap-pours an off white head and gold color. Aroma is pine, medium malt. Taste is pine/floral hops, medium malt-caramel.

On tap at the brewpub. This came a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head and little lacing. Nose is surprisingly complex for a lager beer with spices and floral hops notes. Medium body and crisp and clean mouthfeel. The flavor is spicy and mildly alcoholic with a hint of apple ands. The finish is spicy and bitter. Very interesting and enjoyable beer.
