COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This lightly smoked helles modeled after a traditional lager brewed in Bamberg, Germany was brewed on our brewhouse from that city, with 100% Bamberg malt. Bavarian yeast and hops round out this light bodied easy drinking beer.

Sample in Portland. Thick white head even in a sample glass. Crisp gold. Light smoke scent sneaks up on you like bacon. Liquid smoke cloud. very drinkable sweet light smoke. Good intro to smoked beers and very tasty. Smoke grows and grows with each sip.
