COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Enter, if you will, all the glorious aromatic complexity of the hop. This big, bold IPA’s intense multi-hop kick gets a subtle dose of restraint from select Crystal and Carastan malts. For discriminating hop heads.

Bottle thanks to Sigmund. Beige head to a cloudy dark orange coloured body. Spiced malt-fruity nose. Soft flavours of orange and apricot together with caramel mats. Resinous bitterness to the ending. Foamy in the mouth. Nice. (Tomsø 23.06.2015).

On tap t the PDX public house, pours deep Amber, slim off white head. Mild pine nose. Taste has toast, slight sweetness, toffee. Wow. This is shit for an IPA. Sticky cloying body. More fresh squeezed pls.

Pours a clear brownish copper. Nice latte-like head that dissipates extremely slowly, leaving chunky lacing. Piney/ resinous hops and toffee in the nose. Medium body. Wow. This is a malty beer. Delicious lightly toasted honey wheat bread front and center, followed by hops bursting with tropical fruit and pine. Finishes slightly sweet with lingering pine. Really tasty IPA.

Bottle from Saveur-Biere.fr, smuggled into the cinema and drunk whilst watching a very disappointing film. This was alright though. Decent fruity, hoppy floral character. Very hop-forward. Not bad.

Bottle. Nose is mango, orange, pineapple, honey; sweet. Taste is resin, pineapple, hint of orange, malt, sweet herbal hop finish. Mouthfeel is full and slick. It’s a nice IPA and the malty character makes it more interesting than the average west coast IPA.

This beer is like Mumford & Sons without the banjo. Disappointing. Lacks true aroma. Like the new Mumford & Sons it is very unoriginal. It’s a bit too dry and not enough hop flavor.

Pours a clear orange, amber with a strong off-white, orangish head, full lacing. Aroma is a piney hop with a subtle malt undertone. The hops come through as the beer is quite bitter, yet an almost equal sweetness accompanies the bitterness for a very pleasing balance. Light bodied, clean finish with a lingering bitterness. Overall, very impressed. Hoppy, sweet, and beautiful in a glass.

Bottle at home (Chicago) with Caressa and Apollo. Deep amber pour with a fat head. Leaves some lacing. Aroma is orange, jasmine, brown sugar, and a bit of funk (?). Full bodied and kind of viscous. Thick, sweet, malty base. Dank hops up front and on the finish. Plenty of resin and orange flavors. Very dark and dank. A bit too much.

Nice looking label. 12 oz pour from refrigerated bottle into a handled mug. Orange and hazy with a moderate-to-light white head. Citrus and pine on the nose. Medium body. Quite bitter and a bit tart. Lots of pine and orange flavors and fairly little sweetness. A good IPA for hop-heads, I think. I tried it in less-than-ideal conditions, however, so I’d like to come back and update this rating sometime.
