| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 14, 2005 No head, but dark. Not much aroma from the glass, and a little thin on the palate. Balanced flavor, though. Thaichile (599), 10aFly, New Jersey, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 13, 2005 Bottle. Pours a deep reddish amber with a very decent off-white head. A good amount of malt, with some hops. At first, I was not too fond of this do tom the flavors the deep roasting leaves behind. However, as I continued to sip and the beer warmed, I began to enjoy it and the caramel become more enjoyable. A very nice Winter.
