Traditionally known as a Radler in Germany this beer is a mix of our German Hefeweizen and Lemonade to create a deliciously light and refreshing beer.

PDX Brewpub #1. Hazy creamy yellow straw pour. Nice light shandy-like drink. Refreshing and light.

On tap at Deschutes in Portland; pours golden with small white head. Nose is citrus; flavor is grapefruit, grass, mild bitter hops, juicy. Not bad.

On tap at Deschutes, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy grapefruity notes upfront, along with some citrus zest. Flavour is fresh with notes of grapefruit, citrus zest, and grassy notes. More beery than fruit juice-y.

This is actually a Radler (lemonade and Hefe) on tap at the PDX pub. Nice nearly neon yellow grainy ale with a sheet of off white foam. No lace. Smells lightly of hefe yeast up front, then this is dominated by a sweet lemon character - nice nose. Lemonade is the domineering flavor, but the Hefe at second fiddle is quite appreciable as well. Medium bodied with hi carb and a crispy finish. This beer was perfect for the record temps outside. Serving type: on-tap 08-09-2012

Tap at the Portland venue. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Light citrus aroma. Med body. It’s bready with lemon and definitely sugar. But it’s not annoyingly sweet. Quite refreshing.

Exactly what it describes itself as.Very sweet sugary malt body with a strong tart lemon bite. Very lightly toasted grain. Crisp and enjoyable but do not need more than the thimble full sampler.

On tap and the Bend brewpub. This beer is exactly what I needed after completing a triathlon in Ellensburg, WA just several hours ago. (yes i drove straight here imediarely after). Hazy bright yellow a lemony hef aroma and just what I expected from the Lemonade-Hefeweizen mix. Very tasty and refreshing.

The mix of German hefeweizen and citrus lemonade aka radler. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Citrus, wheat and sugary lemonade like sweetness in the aroma. Some hops too. Light bodied. Lemony, wheaty, quite acidic citrus flavor. The best radler I’ve ever had!
