COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with 100 pounds of wet, fresh-off-the-vine Nugget hops from Charlie Davidson's farm in the Willamette Valley (Pub Mirror Pond gets 20 pounds of Cascades, for reference). We usually use Nugget hops in your Stout and in our Inversion IPA, but here they get a home of their own. This beer has a mild malt profile to allow the Nugget hop to work it's magic.

(This might be an APA, I’m guessing). Aroma is fresh and wet hops... notes of grapefruit, pine, citrus and light caramel. Very nice mouthfeel and the fresh hop flavor is there again. Hard to describe for me at this point, but it’s different than other hoppy beers. Not extremely bitter though, which makes me wonder if this might be an APA..

On tap at Najas Place. Aroma was refreshing, of fresh hops (as the beer states I assume). The beer wasn’t too bitter, but maybe that has to do with the beer being brewed with fresh wet hops. It was nice and smooth though, with hints of citrus. Not bad at all.
