Pours a burnt orange with a small white head and tuns of carbonation. Aroma is of bready, cascade hops coming through on the nose, grapefruit, oranges, lemon, tangerine, and white pepper. Tastes bready as well with lots of tangerines and oranges coming through with grapefruit and lemon on the finish. Yeast in there as well. Hints of melon, malt coming through. Some lacing and lively carbonation. Nice pale ale.

Draft - Not sure if what I had was an accurate representation of the beer. Draft lines may have been dirty. Tired malt flavor with a muted hop aroma and bitterness. I could tell there was something good here.

12oz bottle courtesy of screach. Pours a clear light amber color with a one finger white foamy head that settles slowly and heavily laces the glass. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of citrus, grapefruit, honey, malt, some faint notes of caramel. Flavor is sweet and floral as well with stronger citrus, grapefruit and hops notes and hints of honey, spice, caramel, grass and yeast. Generally light body with a crisp floral hop finish.

Reviewed 2/8/2009 (bottle): Pours an amber orange colored body, with a rocky off-white head, somewhat lasting, with decent lacing. Dusty hoppy, somewhat grapefruity aroma. Some malty sweetness too, but mostly hops. Muted aroma. Light flavor, sweet, some hops. Somewhat sweet aftertaste, malty. Nice carbonation. Hoppy grapefruity taste. Very tasty, a nice hoppy session ale. Some fruitiness.

Pours a clear copper color with a white head. Aroma of hops, and some malts at the end, Tastes of floral hops with a slight malt presence in the back. A little too over carbonated for my liking,. overall a nice beer when there is nothing i haven’t tried available.
