A Mes rate: bottle at GBBF.
Amber with a thin off white film. Hops, caramel, sweet fruity notes and a little burnt sugar. Slightly soapy in the finish. So so.

Bottle at Peemkaew, Portland. Poured a clear amber mahogany. Mouthfeel was crisp and clean. Goes down smooth and paired well with the Thai cuisine.

Light copper in color with frothy white head. Citrus aroma with pronounced hops. More grapefruit, mild malt taste with bitter hoppy finish. The watery mouthfeel disappoints. Not bad, but Deschutes can do (and does) much better.

From tap at Break Water Brewing company. Pours clear and golden orange with a creamy and slight off-white head. Dense malty and hoppy aroma. Mild butterish and fruity flavour. Caramel malt base flavour. Vague soapy hops finish. Dry and bitter.

tap at Draught House. Pours a clear golden-orange with a white head. Nose is mild, earthy hops. Taste is same earthy & floral hops. So-so flavor. Mouthfeel is medium and some bitterness. Ok, but not a great pale ale.

On tap at The Ginger Man in Austin. Poured a clear brownish-orange color with a thin, quickly dissipating head. Mild aroma with notes of citrus and piney hops. Flavor is similarly weak, with grapefruit and slightly malty notes. Finish is watery. Just a so-so beer.
