| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 22, 2008 Pours orange with a thick white head. Good hop and malt aroma. Weak body. Flavor is hops with a bit of a strange golden raisin flavor. Doesn’t quite work. Drinkable, but nothing special. SDbruboy (1832), San Diego, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 19, 2008 Single 12 oz bottle from World Market. Pours hazy amber with a moderate off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of fruity and toasty malts with floral and earthy hops evident as well. Flavor of toasty and slightly caramelly malts, more of the floral hops, a little fruitiness of the not quite ripe variety and a hint of bitterness and spice in the aftertaste. Medium body and tingly carbonation. Pleasant and enjoyable but not memorable. LinusStick (1831), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 19, 2008 A nice and refreshing pale ale. Aroma was earthy hops with a hint of citrus. Pour was a hazy light brown with a one finger off white head. Taste was so so. Mostly light malt and earthy hops but the flavor is overpowered by the strong carbonation. A slightly hoppy and bitter aftertaste that isn’t offensive, yet isn’t exciting either. Nice beer, though. Quake1028 (633), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 18, 2008 Bottle courtesy poonpillager. I’ll miss that guy. Rusty colored beer, very clear, topped by a small but firm dirty white head. Decent lacing but not much retention. Nose of citrus candy, grapefruit hops, dishwater, caramel malts and some perfume notes. Flavor is very similar, dropping the dishwater but carrying everything else over. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Finish is abrupt, caramel malts and hops. Good beer. Acknud (772), Morganfield, Kentucky, USA
