Orange color with nice off white head that stays put. The head did not drop like other suggested. Grapefruit flavor. It could be a lot better if it wasn’t so light. junon (216), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA

Not blown away by this but I would have no problem drinking it given the chance. Also really does have that lingering hoppy taste. Deschutes is a solid brewery. rudolf (1744), Buffalo, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Feb 10, 2008 Orangey gold, nice light tan head, good lacing. Nose is juicy citrus & grapefruit, some tealike cattiness. Behind the hops lies some smooth caramel. Flavor is not as hoppy as the nose suggests - lemon & citrus, tea, malt is well balanced. Bitter finish, again, citrus & tea. TomDecapolis (3149), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA

Small tan head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, minimal carbonation, transparent, and an orange hue. Malt, hoppy, citrus, and pine nose. Flavor was malty, some caramel, hoppy, citrus, and pine. Smooth mouthfeel and medium body. Very quaffable, enjoyable, not over-the-top hops and nicely done.
