Nice pale ale. Pours amber with a thin head. Has a nice hoppy smell and flavor of hops and a little pine. Goes down smooth and was well balanced. Reminds me a little of the Three Floyds Pride and Joy.

Bottle. Pours a nice amber with a good head and leaves a thin lacing around your glass. The aroma was that of hops, hops, hops, and a little pine, The taste was very nice strong hoppy flavor with a little malt. Its beers like this that make me miss Oregon.

Two words - flowery hops. Thats the largest character element of this beer. It links the aroma to the flavor to the developing palate to the finish. Not bad at all, but...Perfume baby!

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a creamy white head and a citrus nose. Mild malt flavor with a bit of hoppy goodness. Smooth and drinkable. Decent beer.

Bottle from Cracked Kettle. Orangy. Nice head. Hoppy and spicy nose. Really citrusy and spicy taste. Perfect texture and mouthfeel. Light but devastatingly good. Really, really nice.

Pours reddish amber with a generous head. Fair amount of lacing. Good hoppy aroma with slight citrus and pine needle scents. Clean crisp taste with just enough bitter hop flavor. Kind of an IPA light. Very well balanced. Overall another fine brew from Deschutes. Recommended.

Thanks to msubulldog25 for the bottle. Slightly hazy amber/orange with a medium head. Aroma of earthy-spicy hops with a touch of citrus. Hard candy and caramel malt. Good but not outstanding.

Draft: Amber colored pour with thin head. Citrusy, slight caramel aroma with a bitter, hoppy finish. Not bad.
